These terms apply to the yasmin app and the Yasmin Health website (yasmin.health). By using them you agree to these terms.
1. What yasmin is
Yasmin Health publishes health-education content. The yasmin app is the tool the Yasmin Health team uses to prepare its own videos and upload them to its own social media accounts, including TikTok.
2. Educational content, not medical advice
All content is for general education. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for the advice of a qualified doctor. Always consult a doctor about your own health.
3. Connecting a TikTok account
- Only the owner of a TikTok account may connect it to yasmin.
- yasmin uploads only the videos the account owner selects, with the caption and privacy level the owner sets.
- Content uploaded through yasmin must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- The account owner can disconnect the account at any time, as described in the yasmin Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or the app, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to publish unlawful or misleading content.
5. Intellectual property
The content, name and logo of Yasmin Health belong to Yasmin Health. Content may be shared with attribution and may not be altered in a misleading way.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The website and the app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Yasmin Health is not liable for losses that result from relying on the content or from interruptions of the service.
